what we do
Together, We Change the Game
We empower girls and young women through soccer and emotional learning—equipping them with the tools to lead, connect, and thrive in life and on the field.

At Goleadoras, soccer is more than a game—it’s a movement. We combine the power of play with social-emotional learning to help girls in underserved communities build confidence, communication, resilience, and leadership.
what we do
Our methodology is rooted in neuroscience, guided by eight core values, and delivered through safe, supportive environments where girls feel seen, strong, and ready to lead. Our programs are designed to develop not only strong athletes, but confident leaders and resilient young women.

We believe a girl’s ability to regulate her emotions, communicate clearly, and lead with empathy is just as critical as her ability to pass, sprint, or score. The Goleadoras movement is changing lives—one girl, one goal, and one team at a time.

"It was the first place I ever felt like I wasn’t too loud or too shy — just enough."

Soccer is the spark — but transformation is the goal.

Where Play — Meets Power

We work primarily with girls and young women from 7 to 12 & 13 to 17 years old, most of whom come from under-resourced communities where structured play, mentorship, and emotional support are often lacking. Many are navigating gender-based discrimination, community violence, and cultural messages that tell them to shrink or stay silent.Goleadoras creates a counter-narrative: a field where they can move freely, speak loudly, and be seen.
