“At first, I didn’t want to speak. I thought I’d get it wrong. Now I lead warmups. I help younger girls. I speak like I matter.”

WHY MEASUREMENT MATTERS

Real Change Deserves Real Proof

We believe transformation should be felt—and tracked. That’s why we evaluate every layer of our programs: from how girls feel about themselves, to how they lead their peers, to how they show up at school, at home, and on the field.

We use a mix of qualitative stories, quantitative data, and long-term follow-ups to understand and deepen our impact. What we’ve found is consistent and powerful: When girls have a safe space to play, express themselves, and be seen, everything changes.
what we track

We Measure What Matters Most

Our approach to evaluation is holistic. It’s not just about outcomes—it’s about ownership. We track change across five key areas:
1
Emotional Resilience
Ability to manage emotions and bounce back from setbacks
2
Confidence & Self-Worth
How girls view their own value and capability
3
Teamwork & Communication
Ability to work with others and resolve conflict
4
School Engagement
5
Leadership Emergence
Girls stepping into new roles, mentoring others, and setting goals

WE GATHER DATA THROUGH

Pre/post surveys
Coach and facilitator reports
Focus groups with families and educators
Follow-up interviews with alumni
Our coaches also use Reflection Circles each session—guided conversations that give us insight into girls’ growth in real time.
long-term impact

Beyond the Field, Into the Future

Our goal isn’t a perfect soccer team. It’s a generation of young women who lead with purpose and possibility. We follow up with program alumni to understand how they’re applying what they’ve learned:

Many become coaches or pear mentors
Some return to school with new goals
Others begin organizing sports spaces for girls in their communities
WHAT COMES NEXT

Our Three-Year Vision

Over the next three years, Goleadoras will expand its reach, deepen its curriculum, and build physical and emotional infrastructure to serve thousands more girls. We have three priorities:
Build Our First U.S. Soccer Field
We are in the process of building this groundbreaking location in South Florida through a  partnership with Milton Real Estate. We expect to open this facility in XXXX and will serve XXXX girls. This new space will be:

— A permanent home for Goleadoras U.S.
— A space for local league play, leadership training, and healing
— A hub for rehabilitation and reintegration programs for incarcerated girls and women
— A model for how sports infrastructure can serve both youth and justice
Expand the Nike Goleadoras League (NGL)
Nike Goleadoras League combines competitive soccer with emotional learning, peer mentorship, and team-based leadership. In 2025 and beyond, we plan to:

— Expand the league to more Latin American cities
— Introduce youth-led “Values First” tournaments
— Build new performance metrics that reward teamwork, not just wins

“We’re redefining what it means to ‘win.’ It’s not just about goals. It’s about growth.”— League Facilitator, Medellín
Scale the Goleadoras Methodology Globally
We are expanding to 5 new countries by 2027 and we want to reach 20,000 girls. In partnership with Sporting Foundation and others, we’ll:

— Train new regional coaches and facilitators
— Localize curriculum with cultural sensitivity
— Launch new school-based and afterschool sites
— Build a global network of programs that share tools and stories

This Isn’t Just Expansion. It’s Evolution.

We’re not growing just to grow. We’re growing to embed change. That means:

— Equipping more girls to become mentors and trainers
— Offering multi-year engagement, not just one-off sessions
— Adding more wraparound supports: mental health, creative play, leadership immersion
— Tracking alumni progress to understand long-term ripple effects

We’re building generational impact, not short-term programming. We’re not growing just to grow.
